I have a real passion in art, nature and learning with a stong justice thread. I believe true healing and trauma resolutions should be accessible to everyone. Each of us deserve to feel resourced.

 

It was through my own healing journey (along with some curiosity) I found my way to these amazing and similar modalities. When others held space where I could express wounds in a non-judgmental space, a place of capacity, true healing began to happen. Natuarally I wished to share this with otheres. To hold space for another in ways so many had and still do for me.

Our bodies crave community and repair from ruptures. My hope is, together through different modalities, such as, somatics and deep listening, we can return to a deeper places of inner knowing, alchemy and strength. Ultimately leading us to the true healing we desire.

I am a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practioner and completed the three year long training through Peter A Levines work at Trauma Healing Org. I also studied at Birthing from Within and received my certification as a Certified Childbirth Educator and Mentor. As well as the study in Reiki mastery both in traditional and Tibetan forms.
